The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert zawiera zapis drugiej części koncertu. Muzycy Queen - Brian May, John Deacon i Roger Taylor - w towarzystwie gwiazd (m.in. Tony Iommi, Roger Daltrey, Robert Plant, Slash, James Hetfield, David Bowie) wykonali największe hity z repertuaru zespołu.
